TakeFlyte (https://www.takeflytewith.us) is a Seattle-based consulting practice run by John Pierre. We help local and multi-employee businesses kill operational time sucks with custom digital process automation, plus optional web, SEO/GEO, and content work.

TakeFlyteAI is TakeFlyte's brand for AI-assisted voice and conversation experiences on this site and related phone lines — including Ray Kipling, our AI strategist persona.
TakeFlyteAI is powered by Grok, voice and language models operated by xAI. Ray is not a human employee. He follows our playbooks and pricing floors, can help map time sucks, and can help book strategy time with John. John owns discovery scope, delivery, and the client relationship.
Voice sessions may process audio and transcripts through xAI's systems to generate replies. Mic audio for browser demos is streamed for the live session; do not share payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive data with Ray.
Website & contact data
If you email us, book a call, or speak with Ray, we may collect name, business details, phone, email, and notes about your operations so we can respond and schedule. We do not sell your personal information. Hosting and analytics may process standard technical logs (e.g. IP, browser) via providers such as Vercel.
Calendar booking may use third-party tools (e.g. Cal.com, Google Calendar) under their terms when you choose those paths.
Services & pricing
Published prices on this site are starting ranges (“from” floors), not fixed quotes. Custom work is scoped after discovery. Nothing on the marketing site is a binding offer until confirmed in writing.
